8. Description:

Steel ladder is made of steel grating which is load flat steel bar and cross bars, placed horizontally and vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting, punching and banding ends.

(3)Type

A. Vertical Ladders

Vertical ladders are used for platforms which is with limited access and places where other structures are not allowed by the situation. Beams are made of angle bars(≥50×50×5)or flat bars(60×8) and rungs of round bars(≥φ20mm) with the optimum width of 500mm and other width of 600mm and 700mm, with the ladder height is within 5m, the width could be de-sized but shall be over 300mm. Guarding cages are required when the ladder height is over 3m with the distance between the bottom and the datum place of 2000-2400mm and the top which id higher than the datum plane sharing the same height with the fences satisfying Chinese Standard GB4053.3. Resting platforms with guarding fences for climbers could have enough rest are required when the height is over than 9m. Thus the ladder would be safe and steady and enjoy its appearance.

B. Inclined Ladders

Inclined ladder are classified into three categories: A with the height less than 2500mm,B 2500-5000mm and the height less than 5000mm, if over 5000mm, we must need "c", the rest platforms are required. While decide the ladder width, the angle of the inclined ladders should be considered, and usually the optimum is 700mm with alterations such as 600,800,900,1000,1100mm etc.

Inclined ladders' angles are usually between 40°-59°and the preferred is 45°.

L30 means pitch of tread bearing bars are 30mm, L40 means 40mm (whereas with the regular font id good to T1, T2 treads and the Italic to T3 and T4 treads). The width can be changed as per customers' needs.
